The deadline for contributions is 12/11/2025.
With all the holiday preparations, charitable contributions are easy to overlook.
We kindly ask you to consider a donation for John and Chris to brighten their Christmas Holidays.
The community traditionally shows our appreciation to our Harbour Watch Grounds Crew.
Our employees John and Chris work tirelessly throughout the year providing Harbour Watch with uninterrupted service as they take great pride in their work.
All property owners who want to participate in this kindhearted tradition can do so by providing your voluntary monetary donation no later than December 11th so that the community’s gift can be presented to the crew before Christmas.
For more information about making a contribution please see the Constant Contact email sent 12/2/2025.
Thanks in advance for your generosity, thoughtfulness and community spirit.

To Harbour Watch Homeowners
As approved by the Board of Directors the ASC compliance time frame has been established as follows:
Protocol for ASC Guidelines by Homeowners
As of March 1, 2025, and ending May 1, 2025, homeowners will be required to inspect their property to ascertain if they are in compliance with the ASC Rules and Guidelines.
Any adjustments or corrections are to be made by May 1, 2025.
At the end of this time period homeowners that are not in compliance will receive a letter indicating the issue and will have a 15 day grace period to correct.
If at the end of the grace period the matter has not been addressed the BOD will address the matter directly with homeowner and course of action will be determined at that time.
If homeowners have concerns or questions please email the ASC for clarification.
The compliance will be focused on Section VIII of the ASC Rules and Guidelines approved 2/8/2025.
However, due to the constant issue of the deer, areas that pertain to quantity/size of plantings will not be a consideration. i.e., foundation plants, plantings around a/c - generator units.
This process is a one-time reset for all of us to examine and comply in order that we as a community retain the high standards and aesthetics of Harbour Watch.
We extend our thanks to everyone for your assistance and involvement in this matter.
--Reminder--
Any changes to the exterior of your home and lot require ASC written approval prior to beginning the project.
Examples include, but are not limited to: color of house, color of front door, planting or removing trees, major landscaping changes, adding a new roof or fences, etc.
Please reference sections 1.5 and 1.7 of the ASC Rules and Guidelines for the exact items requiring approval.
The Board and ASC continue to work together on delineating the ASC Rules and Guidelines from the Harbour Watch POA Rules and Regulations. More information is forthcoming in the near future. Thank you for your patience.
