Harbour Watch Relay For Life 5K Walk/Run/Roll
Saturday September 26th
Registration 9am at the clubhouse
Opening Ceremonies 9:15am
Walk/Run 9:30am - Start & Finish at the clubhouse
All family, friends & leashed dogs are welcome to participate.
Join your neighbors after for refreshments, free swag & crafts.
All participants - Please pre-register your team with Mandy Linder.
Suggested Donation $10.00 or donation of your choice.
(participation is not required)
All proceeds support the American Cancer Society to help Richland & Lexington County cancer patients & families.
Show your support by representing the different cancer colors.
Ride along with our runners & walkers.
Decorate your golf carts, scooters & bicycles in honor & memory of your loved ones & others affected by cancer.

The agenda, last year's minutes & 2027 budget were emailed on September 10th. Please email the POA any corrections by 12pm October 2nd.
To save time at the meeting, the minutes will not be read in their entirety.
To save cost copies are not being printed & mailed.
Ballots & candidate profiles were emailed September 8th.
There is one position open.

ASC Announcements & Reminders 
Protocol for ASC Guidelines by Homeowners
Homeowners are required to inspect their property to maintain compliance with the ASC Rules and Guidelines.
Homeowners that are not in compliance will receive a letter indicating the issue and will have a 15 day grace period to correct.
If at the end of the grace period the matter has not been addressed the BOD will address the matter directly with homeowner and course of action will be determined at that time.
If homeowners have concerns or questions please email the ASC for clarification.
Compliance will be focused on Section VIII of the ASC Rules and Guidelines.
However, due to the constant issue of the deer, areas that pertain to quantity/size of plantings will not be a consideration. i.e., foundation plants, plantings around a/c - generator units.

--Reminder--
Any changes to the exterior of your home and lot require ASC written approval prior to beginning the project.
Examples include, but are not limited to: color of house, color of front door, planting or removing trees, major landscaping changes, adding a new roof or fences, etc.
Please reference sections 1.5 and 1.7 of the ASC Rules and Guidelines for the exact items requiring approval.
The Board and ASC continue to work together on delineating the ASC Rules and Guidelines from the Harbour Watch POA Rules and Regulations. More information is forthcoming in the near future. Thank you for your patience.
